ACCESS & OPPORTUNITY
Solar Savings Events
In partnership with Solar Landscape, the Fulmore Foundation connects eligible renters and homeowners in PSE&G, JCP&L and ACE service territories with community-solar savings of up to 25% per month on solar credits helping electricity costs, without rooftop solar installation. Outreach includes Senior Solar Events, Earth Day Solar Events, Sudz + Solar Savings, Solar Sundays, faith-based utility-assistance and solar-savings events, and Fulmore Solar Associates who support education, eligibility screening and enrollment.
Pathways to Homeownership
Pathways to Homeownership provides homebuyer education, credit-building support, lender and realtor access, grant information and financial planning. The October 2025 initiative was presented with My Home Pathway and the City of Paterson Office of Economic Development.
Technology Equity & Connectivity
Through the federal Affordable Connectivity Program and Emerald Coast Wireless, the Fulmore Foundation enrolled more than 2,000 participants across five states and connected eligible households with tablets and internet data. Outreach served students, churches, nonprofit organizations and families, including students from PCCC, Pillar College, Seton Hall University, Paterson Public Schools and Bloomfield Public Schools, as well as communities in New Jersey, New York City, Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and New Orleans, Louisiana.
Clemency Application Assistance – Legal Supportive Services
The Fulmore Foundation initially worked with the administration of Governor Phil Murphy and the New Jersey clemency process to provide education, application assistance and legal-support navigation for individuals seeking clemency and commutation. The initiative has supported several hundred applicants pursuing second-chance relief.
United Nations Education Forum
The Fulmore Foundation participated in a United Nations Education Forum that connected youth, educators and community leaders with international dialogue on education, leadership, culture and civic responsibility.
COMMUNITY STEWARDSHIP & HUMANITARIAN IMPACT
Furniture Giveaway & Fundraiser – A Statewide Resource Recovery Initiative
This statewide initiative recovers quality furniture and household items for reuse, charitable distribution, community giveaways and fundraising, reducing waste while placing usable resources directly into communities. Furniture and household resources are distributed through families, nonprofits, schools, churches and community partners, with fundraising proceeds supporting Foundation programs and community impact.
Seasonal Community Outreach
Seasonal outreach provides food, coats, winter essentials, holiday gifts and direct family support throughout the year. The Annual Holiday Extravaganza distributes approximately 4,000 Christmas gifts to children; the Annual Thanksgiving Initiative provides more than 300 turkeys, chicken, ham and holiday food packages to families; and the Annual Winter Coat Drive distributes more than 1,000 coats and winter essentials to students and families.
